1. Who we are
Site Diagnostics (the “Service”) is operated by Spring Software Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar and operating in the United Kingdom via springsoftware.io. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. What the Service does
The Service provides automated SEO, performance, and security checks against URLs submitted by the user and produces a report containing observations and recommendations. The free snapshot is intended as a high-level overview. The paid report is a detailed 10+ page AI-generated audit delivered by email.
4. No guarantee of accuracy or security
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any report. Reports are generated by automated tools and AI models and may contain errors or omissions. A clean report does not mean a website is fully secure, and a report flagging issues does not confirm active exploitation. You are responsible for verifying any recommendation before acting on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from reliance on a report.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to only submit URLs that you own or have explicit permission to scan. You must not use the Service to probe, harass, or attempt to compromise third-party systems, to violate any law, or to generate content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
6. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.. Prices are shown on the checkout page and include applicable taxes where stated. Because each report is generated on demand and delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law does not apply once the report has been produced and delivered. If a report is not successfully delivered or is materially broken, contact [email protected] within 14 days for a refund or a new report.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Service interface, the report templates, and the underlying scanners — is the property of Spring Software Ltd or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use delivered reports internally. You may not resell, republish, or claim the reports as your own work.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
