I paid but haven't received my report yet
Reports are delivered by email within a few minutes of purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's been more than 15 minutes, email us with your order reference and we'll resend it immediately.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you're not satisfied. Simply email us with your order reference and reason. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
Can you run an audit on a staging or password-protected site?
The scanner works on any publicly accessible URL. Password-protected staging environments are not currently supported. For staged sites, consider temporarily making the page public, or contact us to discuss options.
I found an issue with my audit results — they seem wrong
Our scanner is automated and occasionally a site's technology can affect certain checks. Email us your URL and the specific finding — we'll investigate and, where confirmed, re-run your scan at no charge.
